Getting the home clean and ready for a new season

You may be planning to shift to a new location by the end of the present season. This may call for having an end of tenancy cleaning for your house. You will be having double reason to overhaul the house so as to get it clean in every inch. This would require you to put some things out so as to create room for movement as you clean. You would also be needed to keep any items which would not be needed during the coming season. With proper plan, you can manage the entire work load to have the end of tenancy cleaning successful.

End of tenancy period is a good opportunity to have all repairs done on any items that may have been spoilt. Have furniture repaired and fabric sown. Those that are destroyed beyond repair can be discarded. Carrying them to the new home would just create clutter to your new house. End of tenancy cleaning time is also the convenient time to have your mattress laundered. Sheets, pillows and comforters should all be cleaned before they can be packed for the up-coming shift.

Every corner of the home should be cleaned. Of course it is end of tenancy, but you do not wish to have the home you are shifting to in an inhabitable state. The same thing applies to those who would be taking over the occupancy of your old home. Give them an easy time by conducting a thorough end of tenancy cleaning in every room. The garage, windows and the lawn should not be left out. Do a thorough inspection of the home. It is easy to clean roofs when you are doing an end of tenancy cleaning. This is so because most of your property if not all are already out of the house and so they will not have dust from the roof deposited on them. Do away with all cobwebs on the roof, polish windows and vacuum vents.

When you get to the kitchen, ensure that the sinks are left sparkling clean. It would also be easy to clean cabinets when doing your end of tenancy cleaning as most items and kitchen supplies have been put aside and probably packed in readiness for the coming shift. Pots should be scoured to have clean and ready for a new season in the new home. Have the oven and stove cleaned properly and left without any greases or stains before they can be packed to be used in the new home. Refrigerator coils also need vacuuming. Its entire body should be cleaned properly. Vinegar comes handy in the cleaning of the washing machine. The dryer also needs to have its vents vacuumed.

After taking care of all the rooms in the home and the entire compound, it is appropriate to do final wiping, dusting and vacuuming of the entire building. Do a final check throughout the building and the compound to be certain that everything is in its right place before you can close the end of tenancy cleaning officially.

At the end of tenancy, the house is usually in a mess unless properly cleaned. End of tenancy cleaning is the most sensible way to solve the problem and restore the house back to its initial habitable status.
